Booking & Payment

How can I check availability?

You can check the available dates directly on our website. If your preferred dates are available, simply send us a booking request with your travel dates, number of guests and contact details.

How can I book Villas Ramonita?

Simply send us a booking request through our website with your preferred travel dates and contact details. We will confirm availability and provide you with all further booking information.

Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?

Yes. A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required to confirm your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 60 days before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash, according to the agreed booking and payment conditions.

How much does it cost to stay at Villas Ramonita?

Our rates vary depending on the season. Prices start from €225 per night in April and November, €275 per night in May, June, September and October, and €325 per night in July and August.

The rates include the furnished villa, water and electricity, bed linen and bath towels. The applicable tourist tax is not included and is payable separately.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes. A minimum stay of 6 nights is required at Villas Ramonita.

Do you offer an early booking discount?

Yes. Book your stay more than 6 months in advance and receive a 10% Early Booking Discount.

Discounts are subject to the applicable booking conditions.

Do you offer a last-minute discount?

Yes. For bookings made less than one month before arrival, we offer a 10% Last-Minute Discount, subject to availability.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes. For stays of more than 30 days, we offer a 10% Long-Stay Discount.

For longer stays, please contact us directly with your preferred dates and number of guests. We will be happy to prepare an individual offer for you.

Security Deposit & Additional Costs

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A €250 security deposit is required upon arrival. Guests can choose between cash bank transfer the available payment options agreed for their stay.

The deposit will be refunded after departure once the villa has been inspected, provided that no damage, breakages, missing items or exceptional cleaning costs have occurred.

Are there any additional fees?

There is no separate cleaning fee. Water, electricity, bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.

The Climate Crisis Resiliience Fee tax in Greece (to severe climate-related events in Greece) is not included in the rental price and must be paid separately in accordance with the applicable local regulations, pro Night, pro Villa, upon arrival, cash. it is €8/night from November-March and €15/night from April-Oktober.

Cancellation

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your stay, the following cancellation charges apply:

More than 60 days before arrival: 25% of the total cost of the stay
30–60 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the stay
Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total cost of the stay

We recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
